Aqua Aerobics

Aqua aerobics could be an ideal way for you to keep fit and healthy in an enjoyable environment.

If you need a change from a gym environmnet, this could be the solution. It offers a combination of cardiovascular and conditioning exercises,which are great for getting you fit and improving flexibility, muscle strength and tone. 

The classes are suitable for all abilities and can aid injury rehabilitation, back or joint problems, arthritis sufferers, and exercise during pregnancy (consult a medical professional before commencing exercise with health / medical problems).
Aqua aerobics is available to members, non-members, non-members and hotel residents; and takes place every:

Monday at 2pm & Thursday at 7pm
